    Vol. 3 No. 2 (2026)

This issue features ten original research articles authored by thirty-two scholars from three institutions in Indonesia. The contributions present a diverse and interdisciplinary engagement with contemporary social, organizational, business, and technological issues. Several studies examine organizational and human resource management, addressing themes such as agile leadership, work environment, job satisfaction, employee engagement, organizational justice, compensation, turnover intention, transformational leadership, and generational differences. Other contributions focus on business and marketing, exploring functional integration and customization, e-service quality and e-trust, e-loyalty and e-satisfaction, perceived value, premium pricing, purchase intention, and financing contract decisions. The issue also highlights corporate and financial perspectives through research on ESG disclosure, capital structure, liquidity, firm value, and profitability. In addition, one study addresses the emerging challenges of generative artificial intelligence by examining digital literacy and risk mitigation among Generation Z content creators on TikTok. Collectively, these studies demonstrate the breadth of contemporary social issues and their intersections with organizational behavior, management, business strategy, finance, marketing, and digital transformation, offering empirical insights into the changing dynamics of organizations, markets, workplaces, and digital society in Indonesia.
