Abstrak

This study aims to investigate the concept of unlawful acts within the framework of Islamic economics, focusing on the understanding and elements involving civil aspects. The literature study method is used to detail the understanding of unlawful acts in Islamic civil law, by analyzing definitions and elements involving the loss of others. The introduction of this study discusses the background of the importance of understanding unlawful acts in the context of sharia economics, by detailing the differences between unlawful acts in civil law and criminal acts. The theoretical framework covers the concept of Islamic economic law and its principles relevant to unlawful acts. The research method of literature study is carried out by accessing key literature in Islamic economic law. The findings present a deep understanding of the elements of unlawful acts, including their relation to sharia principles. The conclusion of this study underscores the complexity of unlawful acts in Islamic economics and provides a view of its implications in the civil context. This research is expected to provide a foundation for the development of further thinking in this field, by strengthening the understanding of legal concepts underlying unlawful acts in the context of Islamic economics.
